Ability to maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.

Design, implement and deploy SAP HANA solutions for our customers across industries, including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Datasphere, DWC, SAP BW/4 HANA, SAP Enterprise HANA and SAP Analytics solutions (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BOBJ)

Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Closely follows the strategic direction set by management when establishing near term goals.

Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.

Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

Understands their decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.

Ability to manage small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

Minimum of 3 years of implementation experience with SAP HANA

Minimum of 2 implementations with SAP HANA SQL and/or SAP S/4 HANA with SAP/Big Data warehouse solution

Minimum of 3 years BI and Analytics experience

Minimum of 3 years of data warehousing and database concepts experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience with development of complex conceptual and logical data models

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points If:

You have SAP HANA S/4 (CDS Views) experience

You have SAP Analytics Cloud experience

You have experience with SAP Datasphere, DWC, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA

You have implementation experience with SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI), Smart Data Quality (SDQ) or SAP BODS

You have experience with data integration from multiple source systems

You have experience with SAP Predictive Analytics

You have experience with SAP HANA SDA/SDI Smart Data Access/Smart Data Integration

You have experience with database development using Big Data/Cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP)

You have design expertise in using HANA specific UI tools – Fiori, Web UI, SAP
