This job will have the following responsibilities:
Techno Functional Consultant for SAP Finance with AR, AP and the following:
Accounts Payable Configuration
Accounts Receivable Configuration
GR/IR reconciliation
SWIFT & ACH Payment processing
Lockbox Claims & Deduction management
General Ledger GL Mapping with Legacy
Treasury Bank Setup
Bank Reconciliation setup
Auto clearing of open items Tax
Details:
This Techno Functional SAP FICO consultant will be working with the Client IT team.
Strong Merger and acquisition work experience to integrate the acquired or merged company in the Client organization.
Advise and perform the required system set-up and configuration changes on the FICO to support business M&A decisions.
Support FICO component of Premio supply chain optimization, Complete required system set-up for both ECC and other systems in accordance with design requirements.
Document development requirements if needed .
Partner with business process lead on updating training documentation as needed.
Provide knowledge transfer to super users.
Attend project meetings as necessary.
Coordinate with project management resources on regular status updates.
Partner with internal Nestle IT resource to coordinate work.
Create test plan for relevant test phases (MIT/MAT/DITL).
Perform system set-up and data readiness for test systems.
Create/update test scripts, including scripts for cutover scenarios.
Execute test scripts as appropriate.
Assist business super users executing test scripts.
Execute prod system cutover steps.
Provide hypercare support.
Document changes and provide KT to support group.
