  • Work closely with the team and customers to understand business processes in order to create new and innovative solutions related to document management, content management, social collaboration, and enterprise search. Provide technical assistance, training, and coaching to end users, power users, and the Service Desk for our platform, built upon SharePoint 2010. Assist with the strategic planning and long-term direction of our content management platform including understanding available market solutions and best practices in order to help build and maintain a strategic product roadmap. Assist with identifying and completing ECM Team roadmap items. Design and customize SharePoint sites that match functional business requirement and provide a consistent internal UI to allow for knowledge sharing across the enterprise. Help identify areas of opportunity for bigger picture automation processes for recurring user issues/challenges/needs. Drive the overall utilization and adoption of ECM products throughout the organization. Provide expert advice on the availability of SharePoint functionality to deliver requested business capabilities. Participate in the requirements gathering process, as well as the testing of processes for new, changed, and enhanced features and functions within the ECM product. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and the customer.
