Prepares basic to complex balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring appropriate and timely resolution of reconciling items.
Work with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to reconcile bank accounts and cash activity.
Prepares and enters journal entries on general ledger accounts. Audits journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records for accuracy.
Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, amortization and depreciation schedules and other financial reports. Prepares ad hoc reports on a routine basis.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2-4 years of related experience
Familiarity with ERP accounting systems
Preferred Qualifications
BS in Accounting or Finance
2-4 Years of Accountant experience
Familiarity with SOX audit procedures
Microsoft Excel Proficiency
