Description We are seeking a Technical Project Manager/Lead to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role involves managing both local and offshore teams of copywriters and developers, overseeing project execution from inception to customer satisfaction. This role is a contract-to-hire opportunity.Responsibilities: Coordinating with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure efficient execution of projects. Overseeing the full life cycle of projects from the point of sale to customer satisfaction. Ensuring timely execution of project tasks and milestones. Managing CRM development, including setting up and developing workflows, automations, and integrations for marketing and sales channels. Handling API integration projects and ensuring their successful completion. Utilizing project management tools, preferably Asana, to track project progress and ensure clear communication among team members. Ensuring adherence to best practices in IT project management and agile scrum methodologies. Conducting regular audits to ensure project goals are being met and identifying areas for improvement. Managing contract details and ensuring all parties are fulfilling their obligations. Implementing change management processes as needed to accommodate project adjustments.
