The Hearing Consultant functions as the primary client contact for the notification and preparation for unemployment hearings. This position acts as the primary contact between the customer, state unemployment agencies, and Hearing Representatives; and is responsible for receiving and analyzing information and preparing clients for unemployment hearings.What you'll do
Interpret hearing decisions and hearings to provide consultation on the best course of action
Prepare clients on what to expect during the hearing process
Provide appropriate documentation to state agencies
What experience you need
3-5 years of customer service related role
3 years working in the unemployment industry
What could set you apart
Legal education or paralegal is preferred
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college preferred
Preferred two years of unemployment or administrative hearings experience
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
