This is Butler’s Pantry.

Butler's Pantry is looking for a great team player to joins us as our Evening Utility Coordinator and Driver.

The Evening Utility Coordinator and Driver will take on a variety of tasks related to loading and unloading trucks at events, as well as maintaining day-to-day cleanliness of our warehouse facility and fleet. This individual will work with a team to load and unload event trucks on-site as well as maintain rentals and fleet at the warehouse. This person must be reliable and committed to working in a physically demanding position. This person must also be positive and professional at all times.

Your COMMITMENT to us:

GET THE JOB DONE (The necessary stuff)

Drive box trucks to events and assist the service staff on-site unload the truck

Return to the events to facilitate load out alongside the service staff

Unload trucks at the warehouse as they return from events

Clean equipment after it returns and put away in the designated locations

Attend the monthly meetings with leadership

Interpret and follow the daily query with task assignments and communicate with manager on daily progress

Maintain the cleanliness of all rentals and the fleet at the warehouse

Report any fleet, building or equipment issues to Operations Leadership in a timely manner

Other duties as assigned

Additional Qualifications and Requirements:

Current and valid driver license

Professional appearance and conduct to include adhering to the uniform policy at all times

Strong work ethic

Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Experience working successfully in a team-based, client service environment

Well disciplined, able to work under the pressure of many priorities and deadlines

Willingness and ability to receive instruction to carry out requested tasks

Ability to work a flexible schedule – primarily nights and weekends

Able to sit, stand and walk, for extended periods of time

Ability to lift heavy loads is required

Reliable transportation is required

Ability to safely drive 16-26’ vehicles
