Prepare proteins (turkey legs, roast, oxtails, fish, chicken, pork chops, etc.)
Fry, bake, and season food to recipe standards
Prep and portion sides (mac, greens, sweet potatoes, cabbage)
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Requirements
Experience in a fast-paced kitchen (restaurant, catering, or food truck preferred)
Must be punctual, clean, and reliable
Able to follow recipes and portion standards
Team player with good communication skills
Weekend availability (Fridays & Saturdays required)
