30 hour per week, hourly position, which may be expanded to 40 hours at our modest private home in St. Charles Missouri for a patient, experienced, consistent and reliable female home health aide from 3 PM to 9 PM five days per week. Duties will range from general housekeeping , meal preparation, laundry, shopping, and assistance with personal care of my sixty year-old wife. She is not bedridden or housebound, but has complex PTSD And traumatic brain injury, along with the challenges that can accompany those diagnoses. The position is an evolving role that will start with keeping our home, clean and orderly and in time, and on my wife’s tolerance, will evolve to assisting in bathing and other personal care assistance. Starting pay will be at $22 an hour with a review after 30 days. This is a long-term position. There will be a small dog on site and a house manager to assist with oversight of this role.
