Responsibilities:
- Develop our Home Health referral base in the Saint Louis and Saint Charles and surrounding areas
- Build relationships with physicians, long-term care facilities, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources
- Generate new referral sources
- Uncapped earning potential
Bonus Opportunities:
- $500.00 for each home health referral
- $1000.00 for private pay referrals
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older with active Medicaid (for clients)
- Experience in healthcare or marketing is preferred but not required
