Summary:\
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Missouri. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist with medical procedures, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with daily activities.
2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
3. Assist with medical procedures, such as wound care, injections, and catheterization.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
5. Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
6. Monitor and evaluate patient responses to medication and treatments.
7. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
8. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment for patients and colleagues.
9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Requirements:
1. Current LPN license in the state of Missouri.
2. Proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
3. Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. CPR certification.
2. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
3. Certification: Ventilator Pulmonary & Tracheostomy
