Concord Preservation is hiring property preservation vendors and lawn maintenance crews. Bi-Weekly pay. Vendors should be detail-oriented with great communication and organizational skills to ensure work order instructions are followed correctly. Once accepted all work must be completed by due dates provided with clear supporting before, during, and after photos to the invoice. All vendors must have their own transportation and equipment.
Property preservation work may include but is not limited to:
- Lawn Maintenance
- Debris Removal
- Snow Removal
- Sales Clean
- Inspections
- Winterization
- Lock Changes
- Board-Ups
- Bidding
- Minor and Major Repairs
- Roofing
- Plumbing
- Eviction
You must have the following:
- able to submit and pass the Aspen Grove background check
- familiar with PPW (will get advantage)
- must be able to utilize email
- must have proper equipment and locks to perform preservation work.
- must be able to bid any/all damages
- must be able to photograph and document work
- turnaround time is 48-72 hours
Payment Policy: We pay our vendors on a 14-day Net from the time work is QC and invoice approved. Payments are made through direct bank deposits (ACH). All contractors will be independent contractors and issued 1099 at the end of each year.
