Looking for an individual or small company to clean New Homes, and Display homes.
In the North Co./East St Charles Co. Mo. area
Clean House after Construction - Between 7am - 4pm
Houses are 1200 square foot to 3,000 square foot
priced per SF.
Display Houses must be cleaned before 10am or after 6pm Wed/Thursday/Fridays
Display Clean takes 1 - 2 hours per job depending on size of House.
Pay is per Job.
Must have own equipment, Vehicle, and Experience.
We Currently clean appx. 80 homes per week and looking to expand.
Have been in business 23 years, and employee appx. 50 people.
