Job Title: Home Delivery Driver/Helper

Job Overview:
Crawford Quality Service is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for our Home Delivery Driver/Helper positions. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods to customers' homes in the Saint Louis area. Products may weigh up to 200 lbs and require team lifting with proper equipment. This role involves assisting with loading and unloading, driving, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to customer locations.
- Assist in loading and unloading products that may weigh up to 200 lbs, using team lifting and proper equipment.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
- Assist with assembling and setting up products as needed.
- Report any issues with deliveries or vehicles to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements: (Drivers)
- Valid Class E driver’s license.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check with a clean driving record.
- Clean background check and drug test (drivers)
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy products (up to 200 lbs) with team assistance and proper equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Previous delivery experience is preferred but not required.
