Perform general building maintenance, to include:
Painting, drywall repair, and minor installations, light electrical, plumbing etc.
Ability to oversee contract repairs if necessary.
Lawn care, snow removal / salting, as needed
Assemble furniture, equipment, and fixtures as required
Be comfortable with lifting equipment and supplies (under 40 pounds)
Candidates should be professional and experienced
