Looking for a well rounded handyman for our Lafayette properties. We have around 600 properties in
the city and surrounding areas.
Usual Work Includes:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Flooring
- Drywall
- Painting
- Roofing
- Deep cleaning
- Yard work / Tree removal
- Full home turn arounds
- General Maintenance
It will not be full time work. We pay per job and pay at the end of the completion of the job. It is
around 10 work orders/wk.
