We recently acquired a portfolio in St. Louis (hopefully of many to come) and are looking to build our team of dedicated professionals. We will be in town from 4/10-4/15 for what will hopefully be our one and only visit - assuming we find the reliable people we need.
At this moment we are specifically searching for an experienced handyman familiar w/ general repairs or a property manager with a background in property maintenance and repairs to be our POC. Also need the below:

- Licensed plumber for boiler replacement
General Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance issues
- Proven experience as a handyman or property manager
- Knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques
