What you’ll do as our Crew Leader:
Lead daily landscape maintenance crew with an eye for quality, ensuring every property looks picture-perfect.
Share your expertise with your crew—teaching, coaching, and ensuring the work meets professional standards.
Communicate clearly with account managers and clients, turning your knowledge into solutions and trust.
Take ownership of equipment readiness and site preparation so your team can perform at its best every day.
What makes you the hero of this role:
At least 1 year of hands-on landscaping or lawn care experience.
A proven eye for detail and pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Solid knowledge of plants, turf, and maintenance practices—or the eagerness to grow this expertise.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to lead by example in safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a visa position.
