Broad Management Group is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our residential property in in the Bridgeton, MO area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building maintenance; including completing work orders in occupied apartments and unit turns in vacant apartments
- Respond to resident requests for maintenance, troubleshoot problems and take action to resolve maintenance issues
- Schedule contract services and purchase supplies
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including: light duty plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, HVAC
