Role:
This position will be fluid, evolving, and challenging. We are looking for someone who enjoys breaking routine and working in a dynamic work environment that will change on a regular basis as we are a quickly growing property management company with homes located in North County, St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Jefferson County, and St. Charles County.
The Mobile Property Management Assistant serves to help with marketing and property management to support St Louis Leasing Co. requiring highly effective communication and a detail oriented skill set, availability, flexibility, and the desire to get things done. Administrative tasks will also be involved. Computer knowledge and experience in Google Drive, Word, Excel, Office, etc. is a MUST.
Responsibilities:
● Taking photos and videos of homes
● Adding/Removing key boxes to homes
● Scheduling occupancy inspections with municipalities
● Verifying punch lists for completed maintenance work
● Posting notices on homes
● Performing 90 day inspections
● Updating spreadsheets
● Process Street Tasks
Results:
● Leasing Team is satisfied with work completed
● Marketing requirements are completed immediately
● Property Management Team and Rehab Team receive continual follow up communication
Requirements:
● Must have vehicle
● Extremely Organized
● Skilled in Microsoft Office – Word – Excel
● Experience in rent manager is a plus
● Experience in Customer Service
● Knowledge of property management and rentals/leasing agreements a plus ● Ability to analyze and prioritize information
● Ability to remain calm under pressure
● High-level communication skills
● Emotionally self-regulate even during times of pressure and stress to be present for the team.
● Able to consistently understand the intent and vision of the team
● Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.
● Self-awareness
● Ability to assess company based on data
