Must be able to climb ladders up to 3 story's high (no exception, please do not waist my time or yours, if you are afraid of heights) must be able to carry equipment up to 75 pounds, must be able to work at a fast past.

These 3 things are rules issued by our expensive Insurance Company, I can not hire without them.
In return, we offer $100 daily during training, most train in 2-3 weeks, after training most guys average $140-$250 a day.
$250 cash bonus after 30 days, $500 cash bonus after 6 months and a $1000 cash bonus after 1 year
paid vacation after 12 months straight, paid Dental, paid birthday bonus, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, we do not work any major holidays and off on the weekends, Also Christmas bonus based on your work that year.
