Job Opportunity: General Laborer – Residential Custom Homebuilder

Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.
Performing physical labor and other strenuous tasks as needed.
Working effectively in various weather conditions.
Operating small machinery (preferred but not required).
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum age: 18 years.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
