Assemblers International is currently seeking individuals to complete residential delivery and assembly jobs in your area, for items such as: basketball goals, pergolas, grills, treadmills, etc. The On-Site Specialist position is a full-time position, requiring up to 40 hours per week, and is responsible for the overall operations of a specific area as it relates to residential services; the execution and equipment involved with performing these jobs and the customer service level expectation set by the company.
Position responsibilities:
Create customer focused practices and always provide excellent customer service, including consistent communication.
Complete all residential service jobs, service calls, etc. completely and accurately.
Document and report all required information to field office, via company systems.
Ensure approved helpers are available for any jobs requiring two or more people.
Always operate the company vehicle lawfully, safely, and per the driving policy.
Assemble all products according to Manufacturers guidelines.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have a clear MVR.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
2 years of related industry experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic skills in MS Office
Must have our own basic hand tools. (all other equipment will be provided)
Essential job functions:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout your day.
Ability to walk for long periods of time and periodically climb up and down stairs.
Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and reach.
Compensation:
W2 employee / Commission (Benefits available after 6 months)
