Independent Contractors –
I'm looking for a Handyman with 10 years of experience working as a handyman carpenter. Must do framing, Drywall, some plumbing, siding. I'm interested in people who can adjust when things don't go according to plans.
This job requires some strenuous work, you must be able to lift 50 pounds. A self-starter who can work well with others as a team player and follow orders. This person must be reliable. Must have all your own basic hand tools, please include a list of any other work you have done.
Must have transportation to and from work (Sorry no exceptions).
