We are seeking a motivated individual to join our property management team. Experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
This is a full-time position offering a consistent work schedule and paid time off. Compensation is based on experience, starting at $20–$25 per hour for little to no experience and $25–$30 per hour for candidates with prior experience.
Applicants must be able to pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and demonstrate a positive, self-motivated attitude. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
Job responsibilities include general construction work, property maintenance and repairs, and lawn care/landscaping.
