We are a well-established roofing company seeking experienced roofing crews in St Louis / Festus, MO 63028 area and around to join us on a contract basis. If you have a proven track record for shingle, tile and flat roofs, we want to hear from you.
(MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE)
Opportunity Highlights:
Contract Basis: Join us as a contractor or company, not as an employee.
Up to 3 Projects Per Week: We offer a steady flow of work to keep your team busy.
Competitive Compensation: Earn between $450 to $600 per square for standard shingle re-roofs, depending on the case. More for other types of roofing.
We have 1 job ready to start near Sullivan MO, ask me about it and I will send you the measurement documents so you can provide an estimate if interested.
Payment Structure:
We provide a 50% deposit upfront.
The remaining 50% is paid upon the successful completion of the final inspection or completion of the job.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a roofing crew.
Licensed or unlicensed with the state license board is accepted.
