We are looking for a legal assistant/back up receptionist to fit our growing firm. The position will handle a variety of administrative and support matters.
This is a part time position that may grow into a full time job. Law firm experience and/or small business experience is a plus. The position will be based in our South County office.
At this time we are looking for a part-time candidate (including 8am to 5pm on Fridays, and additional hours, totaling 24 - 30 hours per week.)

Job duties include:
General office administration including opening and closing client files;
Managing offsite storage periodically;
Providing backup to receptionist position to greet clients and handle client calls; and
Providing back up and overflow legal and administrative work and attorney support, including general typing, mailing correspondence, scanning documents and managing filing.
We have a busy office and this position will start as a part time position with specific responsibilities, and general overflow assistance. A flexible and friendly personality, and a willingness to learn is a must.
