Want to have a bench trial or jury trial on your resume?

Great opportunity for new lawyer in St. Louis area to get some real courtroom experience. I am a semi-retired real estate developer who once owned a 220-apartment portfolio in Chicago with one other managing partner and some limited partners. During those years in order to save costs I always any lawsuits pro se. Wet tried at least 50 to 100 cases over the years and never lost, never settled, and once almost went to a jury trial but the other side backed down. I have a current legal issue which I am prepared to file and try pro se. There is a condo board gone wild that I have to deal with. They have put my condo up for nonjudicial sale on May 15th to foreclose an expired and fraudulent lien which I refuse to pay out of principle. So, I need to file a motion for a preliminary injunction, and probably also a temporary restraining order soon. have many defenses to the lien (for feeding the birds! HAHA, I kid you not) including waiver of enforcement (for years) selective enforcement-it was ok for others, and retaliatory enforcement -right after I offered to run for the condo board. Now to top all of this off the fraudulently contracted lien which was constructed from a prior expired lien (3 years) with no attempt to collect or enforce the lien during both 3-year periods. 1.8years late after the expiration of the latest lien, the condo board's attorney is directing the condo board and property manager to falsify the accounting records retroactively to make it appear that they had been engaging in efforts to collect the lien to keep it alive. I passed the CPA exam in 1982 with one of the highest scores the country- what they are doing (falsification of accounting records to create evidence for court or to use as a basis to imitate a fraudulent sheriff's sale appears to be a Class D felony. Anyway, once I block the sale I will then go after them for big monetary damages. I can do this all pro se, but I am new to the Missouri court system and thus I could probably use the help of a local lawyer. I would be happy to enter into a contingency fee agreement for this litigation if anyone wants to get involved with me. I will actually do most or all of the work you can review it and stand up in court from time to time. So, if all goes well you can earn a nice contingency fee, and in the meantime get some trial experience on your resume which makes for much more experienced appearing lawyers. Let me know if you have any interest thank you.
