Responsibilities:
Operate sausage-making equipment and machinery to produce high-quality sausages
Follow recipes and formulas to ensure consistent product quality and taste
Inspect and monitor sausage production to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity
Package and label finished products for distribution and sale
Requirements:
Physical fitness and strength to operate heavy machinery and equipment
Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions for seasoning and mixing meat
Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
