The H-J Family of Companies is a growing and innovative manufacturer and distributor of electrical components for power distribution. H-J has built our company on the quality of our products and service. We are looking for great candidates to join our team as 3rd shift machine operators and help us continue to grow.
Our production team is responsible for working machining centers, visually inspecting parts to ensure world-class quality, running computer controlled presses, using deburring equipment, and assembling components to produce finished parts.
No experience is required and all needed training will be provided. Applicants should be hard-working, driven, and eager to learn new skills.
Shift hours run 11:00PM-7:30AM 5 days a week.
Our pay rates start at $13.20 per hour and raise to $14.95 per hour within the first year. We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company provided life insurance, 401K, profit sharing, paid holidays, paid vacation, and tuition reimbursement for employees looking to grow. Employees are benefits eligible the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
