Jakt Gear is a veteran-owned and operated company in Saint Charles, Missouri. We manufacture sporting goods accessories for the outdoor industry and are hiring additional full and part-time employees. We offer hiring preferences to U.S. Service Veterans, First Responders, and their families.
Requirements:
Must be a non-smoker
Must have reliable transportation to Saint Charles, MO M-F 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tasks:
Review work orders to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
Perform quality checks on products.
Spend Time Making Repetitive Motions — Continuously or almost continually.
Importance of Being Exact or Accurate — Very important.
Skills:
Finger Dexterity — The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
Problem Sensitivity — The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
Near Vision — The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
Oral Comprehension — The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
Information Ordering — The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules.
Monitoring — Monitoring/Assessing your performance to make improvements or take corrective action.
Time Management — Managing one's own time to complete tasks in a timely manner.
