Position: Paracord Assembly Contractor
Flexible schedule (15 hour/week minimum)
All materials and training provided
Smoke-free home required
Weekly material pickup/delivery in St. Charles
Compensation:
$4.00 per unit ($16/hour at 4 units/hour)
Minimum weekly: 60 units = $240 ($16/hour)
Weekly Bonus Structure (requires on-time 7-day completion):
75+ units: $50 ($18.67/hr)
100+ units: $75 ($19.00/hr)
125+ units: $100 ($19.20/hr)
150+ units: $125 ($19.33/hr)
Efficient producers (5 units/hour) earn $20-24/hr
Referral bonus: $100 for each successful contractor referral
Physical Requirements:
Upper body strength for paracord weaving
