Responsibilities:
Work with customers (walk-ins, appointments, and by phone) to address their vehicle service needs
Write repair estimates, post invoices, gain customer approvals and trust, and assign work as necessary to technicians
Open and close the shop on certain days
Incoming parts and parts returns
