Our work helps businesses across the country create and decorate apparel. As part of our dedicated office team, you won’t just be another cog in the corporate machine. You will be a vital role in helping our customers, supporting our team, and ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
What You’ll Do:
1. Take ownership of administrative and operational tasks that keep the office and customer service running smoothly.
2. Assist with basic accounting functions (invoicing and accounts receivable).
3. Manage customer equipment orders and interface between the customer and our manufacturing team.
4. Assist in other areas of office management and organization.
What We're Looking For:
1. An out-going person who is comfortable switching gears throughout the day
2. Someone who enjoys a sense of ownership and follows through on tasks
3. Prior office or admin experience is a plus
4. Friendly, helpful, and eager to pitch in wherever needed
