Hours: Part-time, 24-30 hours per week.
What You’ll Do:
Manage administrative tasks and support daily office operations.
Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create, edit, and organize documents and reports.
Collaborate and track projects using tools like Monday.com and SharePoint (experience is a big plus!).
Coordinate communications and ensure smooth office workflows.
Maintain detailed records and ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
Experience in a home care office setting is a bonus.
Knowledge of Monday.com and SharePoint is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
