Summary/Objective

The production administrator is responsible for scheduling installs and coordinating the production process. As well as on-site support with answering phone calls, coordinating production timelines to ensure timely installations. Looking for an individual who is proactive, neat, organized, and detail-oriented. Also, maintaining and ordering office supplies as needed while working alongside the branch manager.

Individual needs to be able to drive to pick up materials, and have the ability to do maintenance work for jobs as needed. Individual is able to work on warranty windows.

Competencies:

-Computer skills: Strong understanding and experience with excel, using a CRM to effectively communicate, schedule, and manage production.

-Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to resolve issues and ensure accuracy of day-to-day operation

-Attention to detail: High level of detail orientation. Ensuring accuracy of documentation and date entry.

-Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and other staff members.

-Organization Skills: Highly organized individual who thrives in a fast past environment. Being able to manage several tasks at once and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities as needed
