Apartment communities seeking two, full-time maintenance technicians to service each of our complexes located in Ballwin and St. Ann, MO. Candidates for the positions should have previous maintenance experience and be able to perform the following: Troubleshoot issues with gas furnaces, gas stoves and gas water heaters, performing installation of items as needed/required; perform general carpentry which includes but is not limited to installation of storm doors, installing door surrounds, hanging cabinets, installing vanities; must have plumbing knowledge and troubleshooting skills which includes but is not limited to installation of faucets, toilets, etc. Some painting may be required, as well as outside maintenance work. We offer a competitive compensation package which includes a 40-hour week, limited on-call, medical and dental coverage (employee), paid holidays, retirement package, and vacation time after a year of service.
