Job includes Processing payments, recording rents and expenses, paying bills, filing paperwork, tenant and owner communication, managing maintenance work orders, running to the bank etc. Laid back work environment and could grow with the company and make more if wanted to get a real estate sales or leasing license. We have an office in Alton IL in a safe and clean building.
