We are currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician for our Hickory Trace and Shannon Fox Apartments.
General maintenance, electrical, plumbing skills required. Previous experience in apartment maintenance preferred. EPA certification is preferred or willing to obtain within your first 90 days of employment.
Hand tools and valid driver license also required along with reliable transportation with auto insurance.
