Job Description:
We are a licensed digital-first mortgage originator looking to expand into the state of Missouri. For our company to do business in Missouri, we are required to open an office within the state. As a result, we will be opening a very small 1-person Regus office in Missouri. This role will be for managing that office (collecting mail, etc.) and you will also be required to obtain a mortgage officer license in the state that you will renew yearly (all fees paid for by the company). You may come into contact with customers at some time, but you will mainly be redirecting them to our virtual staff.
This is a great opportunity to earn extra income for a low commitment (few hours / week maximum). We are looking for candidates who plan on residing is St. Louis for an extended period of time, as we don't want to have to pause doing business in the state if the person we hire moves.
We are also offering a $10,000 referral bonus to anyone who refers a candidate that we end up hiring for the role and stays with us for 12+ months.
