Mechanic Responsibilities:
Assemble new bikes and complete quality repairs efficiently.
Perform on-the-spot service and assessments.
Follow bike service check-in procedures.
Engage in constructive selling of service and accessories.
Provide price quotations and write service orders.
Adhere to all store procedures and policies.
Continuously learn about products, services, and events.
Guide customers to information on rides, events, and cycling/multisport programming.
Facilitate the customer experience between sales and service.
Assist the team with opening and closing duties.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Sales/Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
Offer customers the best cycling experience through product and service recommendations.
Sell bicycles, accessories, and services across all categories.
Follow the sales process, drive sales, and build relationships with customers.
Adhere to all Big Shark Bicycle Company procedures and policies.
Merchandise and restock inventory.
Continuously learn about our products, events, and services, as well as the industry as a whole.
Develop proficiency in our fit methodology and promote these services.
