Responsibilities

· Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
· Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette.
· Stay informed about current promotions and product knowledge to better assist customers.
Requirements
· Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
· Ability to use a POS system.
· Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is beneficial.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
· Can climb ladders and assist in moving furniture.
· Has open availability and can work weekend shifts.
· Is responsible and trustworthy.
