Summary: This position is primarily responsible for selling K. Hall Studio products to individuals by performing the following duties:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcome new and returning customers to K. Hall Designs
- Listen to customer's needs and suggest K. Hall Designs products to fit those needs
- Educate customers about K. Hall Studio, LLC brands and product features
- Work on Sales Floor on daily basis to better understand consumer demands
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Enter all new customer email addresses into online database
- Keep store clean and orderly
- Assist in merchandising sales floor on a daily basis
- Assist in creating attractive visual displays both in-store and store front windows
- Receive new products upon arrival and prepare them for sales floor
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma required
- Must have previous retail experience. Experience within the luxury home and gift market is preferred but not required
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Responsible for transportation to and from work
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Retail store environment. Employee will be required to frequently stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, & feel
- Must have the ability to get around the store during shift as determined by business needs and be able to lift up to 50lbs
- This position is for our Brentwood location and can be full-time or part-time. Weekend availability is a must.
