Years of experience and what are the must haves:
SAP - 2 years of experience; familiarity with it and will teach the specific of their usage
Webi/Business Objects/Excel - Proficiency with Excel such as pivot tables, etc.
Salesforce.com - 2 years; They use Salesforce as their ticketing system so candidate will need to familiarity with Salesforce. End user experience is fine.
Microsoft Office - Proficiency
