We are recruiting for an Administrative Professional to fill an Executive Secretary position in support of an Intelligence Community customer. This position will provide EA support to senior level government staff and requires a high level of professionalism, performance, and accountability. Qualified candidates will have prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrator, Staff Officer, or similar role.

Requirements include:

  • Current TS/SCI CI polygraph (may consider current TS with eligibility for SCI access and CI poly)
  • Computer skills with proficiency working across the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Management of calendars and documentation using a shared portal such as SharePoint
  • Experience supporting government travel and understanding of Defense Travel System (DTS) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
  • Prior experience working with a centralized routing or tasker system (such as N-CERTS)
  • Working knowledge of standard office equipment (copiers, scanners, facsimile, teleconference/videoconferencing equipment)
  • Experience with planning, coordination, and execution of meetings and events including providing assistance to visitor personnel
  • Ability to prioritize workload and coordinate with multiple resources
  • Strong verbal communication skills to articulate and exchange information (requirements, actions, status, etc.)
  • Strong written communication skills, command of English language grammar, and the ability to produce correspondence such as emails, letters, documents and other materials following office templates and formats
  • Strong customer service skills interacting with internal/external personnel
  • Understanding of sensitive document handling and compliance with a clean desk work environment
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM minimum
  • Prior experience supporting NGA is desired

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in General Business Administration or a related degree from an accredited university/college with 8+ years of secretary experience and 2+ years of that time providing support to a senior level office; OR
  • Associates degree in General Business Administration or a related degree from an accredited university/college with 10+ years of secretary experience and 4+ years of that time providing support to a senior level office;OR
  • High School diploma with 14+ years of secretary experience and 6+ years of that time providing support to a senior level office.
