Requirements-
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
One call close experience a plus but not required
1+ years of Outside Sales or In Home Consultant experience is preferred
1+ years in the residential, home inspection, or improvement industries is preferred
Construction knowledge is preferred.
Strong listening, closing, & follow-up skills
A valid driver's license & a safe driving record
Proficient computer skills with tech & smart device know how
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a commission-only role
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively
Previous experience in construction a plus
Responsibilities-
As a Waterproofing and Foundation Repair In-Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners, assessing their waterproofing and foundation repair needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions
This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential for individuals who are self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about helping homeowners protect their most valuable asset their homes
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to evaluate waterproofing and foundation repair requirements
Provide detailed explanations of our products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns
Collaborate with our team to create customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each homeowner

What You Would Do-
Drive to potential customers homes & conduct pre-set appointments
Meet or exceeds sales goals
Conduct inspections & write proposals for each customer which includes photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing list, & job worksheets (an I-Pad is provided for estimating)
Provide follow-up to customers by phone & re-visit the customer as needed
About us-
We are a small rapidly growing family business. We have more leads than we can handle and need an in home sales rep. We are looking to expand. There is real potential for advancement and long term growth. We install basement waterproofing products such as interior drain tile, sump pumps, vapor barriers. We also install push piers, wall stabilization products such as tie backs, beams and carbon fiber. We also do yard drainage projects as well. We do not require one call selling but don't discourage it either if you can. We build relationships with our customers to ensure future projects. We also offer all our customers inspections and maintenance plans as well as monitoring equipment to give us opportunities for repeat business.
