Our team is incomplete! We are seeking a Full Time Leasing Consultant for the Fairmont/Monticello Apartments located in the Central West End off of Maryland Plaza.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones, greeting potential clients and showing apartments.
- Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features.
- Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements.
- Miscellaneous clerical duties as required.
Sales/marketing/customer service experience required. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance. The schedule for this position is M-F 9am-6pm.
