This is not high-pressure sales. Our software is subscription-based, and long-term retention matters more than quick closes. The right person is comfortable having honest conversations, setting clear expectations, and walking away when a prospect isn’t a good fit.
What You’ll Do
Connect with local business owners and decision-makers
Clearly explain our SaaS solutions and the problems they solve
Focus on long-term fit and customer success
Help prospects make informed decisions — including saying no when appropriate
Build a portfolio of monthly subscription clients who stay because they see value
What We’re Looking For
Experience selling or consulting with small or local businesses
Clear, professional communication (no scripts or pressure tactics)
Comfortable with outbound conversations
Self-directed and organized
Thinks in relationships and recurring revenue, not transactions
Compensation
Part-time, commission-only to start
Monthly subscriptions typically range from $200–$1,000
Strong upfront commissions plus ongoing incentives tied to retention
Bonuses for meeting monthly sales targets
