Pome-Granite Inc, a 19 year old Kitchen and Bath Remodeling company is looking for an In Home Sales Rep to join the team in our St. Louis office. We provide all appointments. They are pre-set, confirmed leads. We only run appointments from prospective customers who have reached out to us looking to get our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Run preset, confirmed appointments daily. Monday through Saturday.
Present our products and services. Through an iPad or tablet presentation program.
Close sales and do final contracts through Leap. A sales contract system
Requirements:
Preferably home improvement sales or large ticket sales
Commission only experience.
Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating, using a one-call close methodology.
Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Fantastic commission program that gets you paid now rather than later.
First year opportunity $100k to $150k. Uncapped commission.
Must have: Reliable transportation, car insurance, valid drivers license and a can-do attitude.
