Job Description

You are experienced and adept at implementing routine and structure in whatever situation you find yourself in. You are efficient and able to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision. You have impeccable verbal and written skills. More importantly, you've proven your capabilities in a business or organizational setting in a professional manner.
Job duties:
Answer inbound sales calls
Make follow-up sales calls
Proactively prospect and identify new leads
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and support follow-up efforts
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs
Ensure all policies and procedures are maintained and implemented.
Strive to increase rapport with customers
Basic data entry and documentation of inbound customer calls
Preferred experience:
1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving goals
Self-directed and able to work independently
Comfortable engaging potential clients over the phone and building relationships
Familiarity with CRM tools
Good data entry and computer skills
Tech-savvy with a quick adaptability to new tools and processes
